Welcome to Rob Gilder Coaching

After two decades leading global business transformations at Accenture, PwC, and EY, I realised the real challenge isn’t systems or strategies—it’s people. Misaligned leaders, burned-out teams, and cultures lacking trust are what derail success.

That’s why I created Bulletproof Empathy™: a practical, resilient approach to leadership that balances results with humanity. I help executives and teams cut through the noise, rebuild trust, and create cultures where people actually want to stay and grow.

My journey into coaching began with my own transformation under exceptional mentors. Their impact was life-changing, and today I bring that same energy to clients—those powerful ‘lightbulb’ moments when new possibilities suddenly click.

This work isn’t just business for me. I want my son to grow up in a world where leaders lead with empathy, organisations value people as much as profit, and reflection drives action.

Who I Work With: I partner with mid-sized to large organisations (200–5,000 employees) where leadership alignment and culture are critical to growth.

Location: I work with clients across the UK and internationally, both in-person and virtually.

Availability: I take on a select number of coaching clients and consultancy projects each quarter to ensure depth, focus, and real impact.

Format: From one-to-one executive coaching to leadership programmes and keynote talks, I tailor every engagement to the organisation’s context and challenges
