Welcome to Rob Gilder Coaching

With over two decades of experience in roles at firms like Accenture, PwC, and EY, I've navigated the complex world of global business transformations involving technology, operating models, and service models. My approach has always been to harmonize business needs with the human side of operations, because let’s face it, happy employees make everything smoother.

The leap to executive and life coaching was sparked by personal transformations under the guidance of exceptional coaches. Their impact on me was so profound that I decided to switch gears, aiming to replicate that positive change in others. Now, as a coach, I live for those 'light bulb' moments when a client finds a new perspective, like discovering you’ve had the keys in your hand after searching for them for hours.

I bring empathy and a quest for inner harmony to each coaching session, striving to help clients skillfully manage their daily challenges. This is more than just my job—it’s my way of helping shape a world where thoughtful reflection and constructive action are the norms, and frankly, it’s the kind of world I want my young son to inherit.

On a lighter note, my relationship with sports is a bit like an old marriage; we've had our ups and downs but still love each other dearly. Though my body sometimes begs to differ, I remain an active gym enthusiast, cyclist, and runner. My extensive background in athletics—from football to marathons, triathlons, crossfit and even Muay Thai—has driven my passion for health, leading me to become an L4 Nutrition Consultant and L3 Personal Trainer. Over the last three years, I’ve combined life coaching with fitness and nutrition programming, proving that a well-timed pep talk can be just as important as a protein shake for a healthy lifestyle.
